• Payments for digital content once accessed, downloaded, or streamed.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If a service or event is canceled by Woogyy or its service providers, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding payment gateway charges, unless otherwise stated.
